Meetings
All parish council meetings are held in the Hub in Huntingfield) unless otherwise advised. They take place the third Wednesday of the month, every two months. The meeting starts promptly at 7.00
The parish council encourages members of the public to attend and to voice any concerns or issues that they have regarding items on the agenda. At most parish meetings, a time is set aside to allow the public to make comments. It's important to hear the views of the village.
The agenda for the meeting is advertised on the notice board as well as this website.
Recording Meetings
Except where members of the public have been excluded due to the confidential nature of the business, any person may film, photograph, audio record or use social media to report on meetings of the Council, including any public comment and/or questions. Would any person intending to report please give notice before the start of the meeting to the Clerk or Chairman of the Council to enable reasonable facilities to be afforded.
